Byron Cordova started his independent marching career as a bass drummer with Ancient City Ensemble in 2015. After a 3 year hiatus, he returned to the ensemble in 2018 and led the bassline to PIO Finals for the first time in 5 years in 2019. Following the 2019 season, Byron spent his age out summer with the Academy Drum and Bugle Corps. Over the last several years, he has worked with local high school band programs including University High School (Orlando) and Nease High School. Byron worked with Ancient City’s Bassline in 2020 and excited to join the Atlas Percussion team as the Battery Coordinator for the 2023 season.
